A customer service representatives will work with you to resolve your issue. However although we will do all we can to ensure you are happy, because our mugs are printed to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items.
DAMAGED ITEM / POOR QUALITY
If you mug is damaged in transit then please send us a photograph of the damage and we will replace your item free of charge. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the quality of the mug or the print on the mug then please send us a photograph of the item and we will investigate what can be done for you.
